The Golden Ivan Project, located in Northern BC’s Golden Triangle, hosts known mineral showings of polymetallic veins containing quantities of silver, lead, zinc, gold, and copper. The Golden Triangle is recognized for its substantial mineral reserves, including 130 million ounces of gold, 800 million ounces of silver, and 40 billion pounds of copper (Resource World).

Three Projects in Chile’s Atacama Mineral Rich Region

In the northern region of Chile, the company owns 100% of four projects strategically located in the highly productive iron-oxide-copper-gold belt in the Atacama Province, Chile’s Third Region. The projects include the Palo Negro Property, encompassing 6,672 acres of high-grade deposits containing copper (Cu), gold (Au), silver (Ag), and iron (Fe). Additionally, the company owns the Tierra de Oro Property with 3,460 acres and the Zulema Property covering 1,462 acres, both positioned at the core of the prolific Atacama mineral belt. These properties are in close proximity to Lundin Mining’s Candelaria Mine, with a 470 million tons resources of 0.95% copper (Cu), 0.22 grams per ton of gold (g/t Au), and 3.1 grams per ton of silver (g/t Ag).

Terry has successfully guided and operated mining exploration and development company companies for over 15 years. Currently Terry is the founder and CEO of Power Metallics Inc. He was also a director of International PBX Ventures, and the CEO of Relief Gold, a privately held Nevada-focused gold company. Past track record includes being the director and CEO of TSX-listed Firstgold Corp. where he arranged the $26.5 million sale of 51% to Northwest Non-Ferrous Metals, one of China’s largest mining engineering and consulting groups. From 2005 to 2008 Terry was a partner with Kingsmill Capital Partners, a financial advisory firm specializing in advising public and private early-stage growth companies. Prior to joining Kingsmill Capital, he spent 15 years operating start-up companies in media, industrial products, and oil and gas. He also co-founded Cardiol Therapeutics, a TSX and NASDAQ listed clinical-stage life sciences company focused on the research and clinical development of cannabidiol as an anti-fibrotic and anti-inflammatory therapy for the treatment of cardiovascular disease. Terry graduated in 1981 from St. Francis Xavier University with a joint honours degree in Economics and BBA.

Conor Lynch is the founder of American Atomics (CSE:NUKE), a company focused on developing exploration uranium assets and nuclear fuel cycle technology to support the U.S. nuclear renaissance. He is a former partner of Vidastreet LLC, a media buying company skilled at ad placement. The company managed 10’s of millions in traffic for clients. Vidastreet gets in the trenches with clients’ media budgets, delivering breakthroughs for exponential growth. Previously he founded and was publisher, owner and copy chief of Wealth Press, which became The TradingPub, that offers a variety of premium products to provide access to leading trading professionals so that investors can monetize their portfolio and achieve financial freedom. The TradingPub professionals cover topics including credit spreads, income investing, cryptocurrency, tech titans, and global macro strategies. Other financial publishing companies that he founded and managed include FetchMe, PunchCast Inc., and Trader Market Guidance Systems Inc., which developed and tested algorithms and software platforms for trading the commodities futures market intra-day.

Joe Campbell, BSc, P. Geo, brings over 40 years of extensive experience in mineral exploration and project management to Power Metallic as Vice President of Exploration. A seasoned industry veteran, Joe has held senior roles in geology and resource development, including Chief Geologist (open pit and underground) and Project Manager for significant projects like Meliadine Gold, now operated by Agnico Eagle Mines (AEM). He is the former President, Executive Chairman, and COO of Gold Terra (formerly TerraX) and has expertise across a wide range of deposit types, including mesothermal and epithermal gold, VMS, porphyry copper-gold-molybdenum, and nickel sulfide and laterite deposits. Joe also has a strong background in resource and reserve estimation, economic assessments, and environmental reviews. His career includes leadership in Western Mining‘s Canadian division, where his work in project acquisition and development aligned with Power Metallic’s data-driven exploration approach.

Ximena has over 15 years-experience in Chile as an exploration and production geologist. For the first 5 years, she was a production geologist in underground mining in Cu. Then, she developed a career as an Exploration Geologist with extensive experience in drilling program supervision, data management and geological modeling. Ximena participated in the exploration and expansion of Skarn Las Cenizas (Cu-Ag); Talcuna (stratabound and veins Cu-Au); Punitaqui (stratabound and veins Cu-Ag-Au); and Dayton (epithermal of Au). She has considerable experience in exploration consultanting for medium-sized mining companies, as well as independent work in resource inventories. From 2018 to date, she was both the Managing Director Chile in Power Metallic and previously she was the Chilean Exploration Geologist.

Mr. Mikkelsen is the Owner and CIO at Iridis AG in Zug, Switzerland, a Family and Investment Office offering advisory and asset development on all levels. Prior to establishing Iridis AG, Mr. Mikkelsen has held senior positions as Portfolio Manager, Strategist, Market Maker in Investment and Private Banks and he was Head of Portfolio and Client Management at a major commodity company. He holds a Graduate Diploma in Investments and Finance and a Diploma in Strategic Management and Organization from Copenhagen Business School and a bachelor in Finance from Syddansk University.
